How can I/We become a Giving Partner?

What materials do you use to ship your products?

In our on-going efforts to be kind to the planet, we offer eco-friendly packaging on all orders.

How do I track my order?

Once an order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number to be able to track its arrival.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Unfortunately after an order is placed it cannot be canceled. If you happen to place and order and notice right away there has been a mistake i.e. in address information or product selection, please send us an email to theyouco@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

What are my shipping options?

We offer standard flat rate shipping of $5.95 on all orders under $50 and free ground shipping on all orders over $50+. If you need your item(s) to arrive quickly and in a timely manner, we do offer an express shipping option at checkout. Please note, shipping time does not include the processing time of 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We will ship your order between 1-3 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, we will email a tracking number to the email address provided.

Do you ship internationally?

At this point in time we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We are looking into the possibility of offering international shipping in the near future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards as form of payment - including PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Klarna.

What if I received a damaged/Incorrect item?

If you received an item that was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please send us an email to theyouco@gmail.com and our team will remedy this issue within 1-2 business days.

What is your refunds, returns and exchange policy?

At this point in time, unfortunately, we are not offering refunds only returns within 15 days of postmarked delivery. All item(s) must be in their original condition and proof of purchase will be required. Returns will be issued as store credit in the form of The You Company eGift Card.

To start this process please send us an email to theyouco@gmail.com with details and your order number. Once a return is approved by our team and once we receive the item(s), if quality is accepted, we will issue store credit and send you an email confirmation. We would like to note that customers would be responsible for returned shipping costs.
